Further to my previous post (http://www.taxationweb.co.uk/forum/discuss.php?id=19241)
I will be taking a remortgage on my property to fund the purchase of another. I expect this should be done in my name.
However, I would prefer for the new property to be registered to my son, so he can start building his own assets (and mine are not increased). What would be the best way to proceed?
My son will probably make a contribution to the monthly repayments.
