Looking to take a non-exec role on the board of a company post round and issuing of shares. I have no involvement with the company at the moment. The role is intended to be remunerated and I am wondering, per vcm11070, what is considered to be a 'reasonable in amount'.
Any guidance or thoughts on how to approach this?
