TMD (tax made digintal)

Postby kanrent » Tue Apr 05, 2022 3:43 pm

Being computer illiterate I just wondering if an accountant can keep and file digital records to HMRC on my behalf.
I'm a non resident landlord with just 1 property and a small state pension which is fixed.
Also wondering what the cost would be approx if its possible.

You can engage and agent and they will deal with the digital requirements.

Or you may consider that you are "digitally excluded" and apply for an exemption.

When you say engage an agent do you mean an accountant or a letting agent?

Accountant or tax advisor.
