We have just been told we cannot file the tax return of certain clients by internet - through the government gateway.

The Revenue could not ellaborate why this was the case - but is anyone aware of any reasons why a client cannot be filed online?

Kind regards

You cannot file trust and partnership returns yet or attach accounts for a personal tax return.

The most likely reason would be that a 64-8 wasn't in place for you, or maybe that you were trying to file a return too early... If not I would ring the technical helpline and get them to elaborate
