Non-residence individual writes for television series for the UK television company and receiving writing fees through UK literary agent, will UK literary agent withholding any UK tax. The individual lives in Ireland and not Norther Ireland.

No withholding tax if paid to EU country.

Anyway, as a citizen of the Republic of Ireland, they would have UK personal allowances to offset.
