I own a Private Limited Company in the UK from which I receive dividends. I am resident in Portugal and work less than 180 days in Holland. I had presumed that I would pay tax in Portugal but have been told I need to register in Holland and pay their equivalent of PAYE although I am not an employee. I am not employed by my UK company either. Can someone advice? Thanks, Stephanie
