IR35 advice please!

Postby Matthew O » Fri Feb 19, 2010 11:17 pm

Hi,

I have set up a limited company (on my own) and with this limited company I have got a temporary contract through a well known accountancy agency.

Would I fall within IR35?

I would be interested to hear if anyone has experienced anything similar?

Regards

it depends on the contract more so on actual facts. Here is a link to HMRC website to IR35. http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/ir35/index.htm
