I am a self employed builder with four members of staff. I am considering the actions of incorporating my business as I have been told and researched the many tax advantages. However I am not that clear on the full extent of the implications of my future decision. Can anyone help?

I think the best advice that you will get here is simply to sit down for a couple of hours with a good accountant / tax adviser. There's a lot more than just tax to consider, if you're looking at incorporating your business. There's no one thing that's particularly complicated, it's just that there's an awful lot to consider, the basics would cover a couple of pages, and we'd have to know an awful lot more about you and your business to advise you properly.
