I am in full time employment and my income tax at 40% (higher rate) is paid through PAYE. I am the Director of 2 UK registered startups and the business in those startups are yet to generate revenue.
My questions are -
- Is there any tax gains I can make given my higher rate income tax payment through my FTE and any corporation tax for my 2 startups?
Is there any gains to have to employ my spouse in one or both of my startups? She is at present unemployed.
