HI
Have rather convoluted question on the implications of tax on a Foreign National who has just bought a UK business?
How long can they stay in the UK to do business ( normally resides in China but is Australian national) before tax becomes an issue.
Have read somewhere that the stay can only be 91 days max in any tax year?
Would be great to have some clarification as I can't seem to find any easy answer on line !
