client domain names

Postby emilyhmere » Tue Jan 28, 2020 12:08 pm

As a sole trader I register and renew domain names on behalf of clients. I then invoice the clients for the cost + a small admin fee. How do I account for these payments on my self-assessment tax return?
Thanks

In the same way as any other transaction. record income as Sales and the registration fee as Purchases (or similar)
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA
