Partnership 30 April year end

Are there non-UK tax issues or complications with opting for a 30 April year end for a UK LLP? For example, if the UK LLP has non-UK members or has profits arising overseas (with overseas tax filing obligations)?

Not really as there's always slight issues where different entities with non coterminous accounting or tax reference dates come together. You'll probably find that it's a case of not being able to please all of the people all of the time so you might as well do what ever you like!
