FA 2013 s.101:

(5) The Treasury must, before 1 April 2014 and before each subsequent 1 April, make an order stating the amounts that by virtue of this section are to be the annual chargeable amounts for chargeable periods beginning on or after that date.

They haven't done it yet, perhaps because of the chaos over the budget. By default they are indexed by the CPI for September 2018 to September 2019 and rounding down to nearest £50. Easier to wait for the order.

They did it on 5th February last year
