Rather an odd question
Employee has died of an illness and the employer is willing to pay for the funeral, directly to the funeral directors.
Can't be a BIK on the employee as he is dead
EIM15310 and others suggest it's still a BIK but on the personal representatives
Any thoughts would be appreciated
