I currently live in a flat and have a baby on the way I need somewhere dedicated and quiet to work. Our flat does not have a garden, I am considering the purchase of a commercial vehicle, insulate it, and fit it with a table and my office chair as well as use it for travelling to-and-from meetings (when they're face-to-face again).
Will I be able to claim the purchase and work to the van as an AIA, and my tax liability for the current year be lower?
Thank you in advance.
