Hi

Irish resident who returned in 2021 after many years in UK.

Offered a UK contract for 4-5 months that is potentially inside IR35 UK.

I have own Irish Ltd company but just unclear on issues I will have if undertake the contract.

Ir35 can include offshore intermediaries and is ultimately based on the individual's tax residence and whether they are doing work in the UK (i.e., disregard the entity, what would the employment tax treatment be).

If the work is within ir35 and you're doing the work in the UK then there will definitely be implications, either for you, your company or your client depending on the overall facts of the engagement.

Carefully constructed agreements can take IR35 out of the question.
