Hello,
My husband lives and works in Spain for a Spanish company. His wife and children live in the UK and receive financial support from his Spanish income.
He is not domiciled in the UK, but his family are and as we receive his money from Spain, does he have to pay tax in the UK?
There is no income other than his annual salary which is taxed in Spain.
Many thanks
