Hi,
A bit sad. My friend who's brother was a nurse in the US (she is training to be a nurse in her 3rd year and the whole family is in healthcare related jobs) has died of Covid-19 and left her as beneficiary of a life insurance policy.
She has a form W-8BEN for witholding tax on the proceeds - does anyone know the answer to Part II.10 for the rate for the UK and the article and paragraph?
