Statutory Residence Test - "work in the UK"

Postby andrews65 » Tue Dec 22, 2020 4:49 pm

Hi, I live in Canada and am currently resident solely in that country for tax purposes. However I'm a UK national and am able to work for UK employers remotely. My question is on the third automatic UK test of the UK's statutory residence test. Does the phrase "work in the UK" extend to working for a UK employers while not physically located in the UK?
