Bring capital into the UK

Postby Yiannis17 » Wed Jun 16, 2021 12:00 pm

Morning

I have someone who has been living in the UK for 20 years. They are bringing in capital from Russia and are concerned about any tax implications. They do not do a tax return.

I would like to understand the tax implications on this?

Thank you

Probably no tax implications, but may be MLR considerations.
