I'm a Norwegian citizen, living in Norway. I have inherited a flat in London which has been in my name for at least 5-6 years. Now I want to sell it. Do I have to pay capital gain tax to Britain, and to my own country too ? How much is the Capital Gain Tax on property sale ?

Capital gains tax in the UK applies to residents in the UK, and as it appears you are non-resident, then you will only pay in your country of residence (if applicable).
