If I were to make a loan to either a Ltd Co or LLC - both offshore and run offshore by ourselves (Non-residents) that I set up - can the rental income from property held within the Co or LLC be used to repay the loan taxfree to me. What are the tax implications of directors loans or partners loans and the repayments therein.
Thank you
