Could someone with expertise in this situation advice me (off-line) please.

I am non-dom, my wife is domiciled. We have one non-dom child. We have a UK property held off-shore. We're selling and buying a new property in the UK.

We're not sure if its worth maintaining the property off-shore as the property is our only major asset and there are no significant foreign earnings.

Please post relevant expertise and contact details.

Thanks

You have not said what you want to do with the overseas property but if you are going to rent it or sell it and wish to plan to eliminate any UK income tax or capital gains tax liability but also remit the money to the UK then I may be able to assist you.
