Reversionary Lease Arrangements

I am an IFA specialising in Estate Planning and until recently, happily recoomending eitrher Eversden or House Debt schemes (Double Trust) to clients wishing to avoid IHT on the family home. With these two plans largely crushed by recent events, would any clever tax counsels like to fill me in on Reversionary lease arrangements/reverse Ingram/Melville 2?
