My mother owns a property in Hong Kong which she wishes to leave to her children in the form of a trust so that we may avoid paying inheritance tax.
Whilst the UK side of things - both my mother and her children are all UK / European domiciled - appear 'relatively' straightforward, the HK aspect provides a bewildering twist.
Can anyone advise please?
