HMRC IHT Repeated Calculations

Postby Cornwall » Thu Jan 16, 2014 4:48 pm

HMRC completed a calculation for IHT liability on 18th April, 2013 then revised this on 30th April, 2013, they have now again revised this on 13th December 2013, stating that they had based this on a District Valuers Report (which they had received according to the DV before April, 2013). How many times can they revise their figures and when can we expect this to be a final one??? Is there a time limit as with S.A. Tax?

In what connection has the liability arisen?
