Can anybody recommend any upcoming events/seminars in/near London regarding IHT mitigation?

Are you looking for training courses for professionals or tax seminars for the general public?

If it's the latter I'd probably avoid anything which is mass marketed as it's likely to make HMRC (and subsequently you) very unhappy. In my experience they don't really exist as a concept any more as a result of HMRC's aggressive approach to anything they consider a scheme.

Your best bet is to look into IHT specialists (solicitors/CTAs/TEPs) who can provide you with some bespoke advice as to what your options are.
