If parent caught by grob on property everything is back in their estate. But does there relief still be available such as NRB and RNRB.

Yes, he is still in principle entitled to a nil rate band and a residential nil rate band.

Does that apply on a grob where property is held as joint tenants rsther than a sole owner?
