Equestrian business

Postby Jodievm » Tue Jul 14, 2020 11:31 am

We are looking for a conveyancer with help buying a dwelling and business, inheritance tax and tax/business relief.

We are mother and daughter.
Mother is going to buy an equestrian property for daughter. The dwelling, the land and business, set within 18 acres, will be in mother’s name.
The business to start with will be a mixture of DIY and non-DIY liveries and some land with be used for growing hay. In the future we will be diversifying into other business which will compliment the livery.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
