If I buy a property now, and split it 49%/51% between me and my daughter would she attract CGT or can it be classed as IHT. Im not sure If I need an accountant or a solicitor

It's an IHT issue initially but potentially a CGT issue when the property is sold

- did your daughter contribute any funds?
- will you or your daughter be living in the property?
- what is the purpose of giving your daughter the 51%?
