Resubmitted 3 x months of previously £0 value FPS with salary for current tax year

I am a Director of single employee Ltd Co.
For May-July this current tax year I had no income so submitted £0 FPS on time before the end of each month.

This week I resubmitted those FPS with my regular salary for those months and paid the salary, PAYE & NI straight away. I put the reason “H correction to earlier submission” for May, but forgot to do it for Jun and July.

I thought about putting 4 months worth of salary through this month but thought having such an unusual amount for this month would be highly irregular as I’ve never earned that much in 1 month before.

Have I made mistake by doing it this way and will I be judged as making a deliberate and careless mistake? Am worried I have made a very stupid mistake and don’t know how to fix it.
