Employment Allowance - 2 Directors, 1 earner

Postby daz99 » Thu Jun 26, 2025 3:27 pm

Good Day

If a UK business has two Directors and
...Both employed by the company.
...One of the Directors earn above the Secondary Threshold for NIC via the company
...The other director earns above the Secondary Threshold via other means (pension and/or property income).

Is the business eligible for the Employment Allowance or does all earnings (from both Directors) need to come ffrom the company in question?
There is nobody else involved in the company.

Thanks in advance to all comments.
