Moving from commercial software to PAYE Tools

Hi can anyone help me
I have been using money soft payroll. Took over in month 3 and incorrectly resubmitted months 1 and 2 - all 3 months filed got captured in month 3 rather than overwriting months 1 and 2 causing Hmrc tax account to show a supposed underpayment for month 3

YTD figures on money soft are correct but are not updating at Hmrc end

Have filed Month 6 September and client still has debt collectors chasing for supposed underpayment for month 3

Want to transfer to paye tools putting on YTD figures for month 6 is this possible or should I put in month 5 YTD and resubmit month 6

It's a mess! And hopefully someone can help me
