Employer-sponsored Indian employee under the Tier 2General Intra Company. Employers agreed to pay following expenses, are these expenses is an allowable expense or fall under the benefit in kind?

 Solicitor cost – Paid directly by employer
 Home office visa fees – Employee
 Home office visa fees – Spouse & Children’s
 Travelling cost – ( Includes Airfare ) - Employee and his family

the visa costs of spouse and children should also qualify/be non-taxable assuming they are non-UK domiciled.
