Tax relief for working from home

Hi all,
It has recently been brought to my attention that I can claim back some tax for working from home (permenant, no contribution from employer) via the P87 form.
I believe I can reclaim a flat £18 per month for this without having to provide receipts, but in order to do so, do I put a work at home expense of £216 per year on the P87, or do I put the higher amount and HMRC will just cap it at £216 for the year?
Thanks
