Salary Sacrifice v AE Minimum contribution changes

Postby Dave-A » Thu Jan 03, 2019 11:26 am

Hi there,

Does anyone know if I can alter (increase) salary sactifice deductions in April in order that total contributions comply with Auto Enrolment minimum contributions, without having to amend the salary sacrifice agreement, or do any paperwork other that the normal AE communication requirements?

Thanks,

Dave-A

Are you looking to do this for yourself or for staff? if for yourself, if preferred you can simply choose to opt out of auto enrolment and complete the opt out form. For staff it gets more tricky as the right paperwork needs to be in place to ensure full compliance.
