NI Exemption

Postby gayathri » Mon Jan 28, 2019 10:05 pm

Hi,

I have been in UK from OCT 2016 - OCT 2017 in Short term Tier 2 ICT visa. And then i went to home country for about 6 months. Back to UK in the month of may 2018 in the Tier 2 ICT long term visa.

Currently NI is not being deducted from my salary. In my case, will be there any exemption applicable since its a change of visa/gap between 6 month will exemption Ni charges.

Need more information. Have you been sent to the UK by your employer and if so what is your Home country?

What are your monthly/weekly earnings in the UK
