The above information is clearly false as the following is actually contained within the NI38 link:
HMRC 09/19
Presumably this renders HMRC's whole website unfit for purpose because how do you know whether you are reading the most recent information? It took 19 months to update the telephone number that nobody answered, so I guess this might be amended around April 2021. Hopefully, I'll be proved wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.
