Employee has responsibility for managing the rota of a large pool of casual workers and is provided with a pay as you go mobile phone and top ups - communication of the workers' hours, which can be short notice, is mainly by SMS text.

Does this provision if a PAYG mobile phone still qualify for the tax exemption?
