Hi

Im dual resident in UK and my home country under T2 dependent visa , i work for my employer in my home country on rotation base and all my income is from outside the UK, do i need to pay National insurance, where Im not British and under my visa im not entitled to public funds or benefits

Depends on a number of factors.

Where is your home country and does your visa even allow you to physically work in the UK?
