NI and self contributions longer than 6 years

Postby Avi777 » Wed Jan 13, 2021 11:26 am

Hi,

Just checked my NI record for the first time and I have several incomplete gaps, years 2004 and before. I know you can only make payments upto 6 years before. I still have quite a few years left before retirement and should be able to make the 35 years up without a problem. I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do ? Some of the years only have a month missing but then are counted as incomplete.

Thank you.
