WE want to get company mobiles for our staff (who need then to do their jobs) and set a purchased limit that we can stretch to.
If an employee wants to contribute to an upgraded model, and we are happy to spend more than our limit but collect the difference from the employee, can I presume there are no tax implications assuming we account for output vat on the contribution received?
Each employee would have one device, dual sim, purchased by the employer, with a contract in the employer's name.
