Our Office recieves directly gift vouchers each month from a supplier which is distributed between all of us. Head office is now informing me that we may all be liable for 11% NI tax. I understood that if the third party supplied directly to employees with the employer not being having asked for the program that it falls under the 1A Nic which is excempt?
