Can the Revenue prosecute you if they deem that you have been fraudulent and/ or have not declared all earnings for tax ?

Yes in serious cases of fraud the Inland Revenue has a policy to prosecute. In none prosecution cases matters progress under the caution provided by PACE.A voluntary disclosure is recommended to mitigate penalties and hopefully avoid prosecution.
I specialise in dealing with such matters and if you wish to discuss please call me on 0161 767 1291 or 07715 755238.
