Is there a human rights issue for an investigation that has lasted 15 months without any justifiable reason to date.
And is it legal to record a conversation during an interview without informing the people present.

Are there any precedents for a tax investigation which was started in 1992 about years /87,/88,and is still on going with a directional Commissioners hearing scheduled for next month?

There have been unending delays by the Revenue over the period the latest being over a year.

Surely this must be a Human Rights issue?
