When under enquiry, when requested, how far back will a bank be able to go when providing copies of statements to a tax payer please?
How far back will they be able to go when providing information to the HMRC directly?

Where, close to Guildford Surrey can tax trixunal and tax fraud cases be watched?
If they are public as suggested in this article, where can an individual go in the Guildford Surrey area to view them please?

Different banks hold details for different periods of time. Your local branch employee is likely to insist that they only hold records for 6 years, the reality is that their archived records will go back much further than that.

Tribunals are generally held in London, but they do move around the country. The case referred to on the link was held in Guildford. If you are not involved with the case you are not likely to hear about the date, so the only way to know is to keep an eye on the court listing for your area.
