Employee Benefits

Postby Dave-A » Sun Sep 03, 2017 11:37 am

If an employer pays a subscription to a Company like Perk Box or Sodexo, where employees can get discount vouchers or discounts from high street shops, are the subscriptions the employer pays a benefit in kind?
Sodexo has quoted a small annual fee per employee - I had assumed it was not P11dable, as a trivial benefit, or because many employees won't necessarily take up the option, but I would appreciate comments from others.

Thanks,

Dave-a

if the cost is less than £50 per employee per tax year then you should be able to treat this as trivial and not have to report it.
