Letting Agent Fee

Postby Mason1880 » Mon Jul 02, 2018 12:05 pm

Hi All

I have a couple of properties which are let, I also own a small property company mainly dealing with architectural services but not limited to this.

Can the Ltd company invoice me for the company acting as letting agent. This of course reduces my tax relating for the rental but will increase income for the ltd company. Generally the Ltd company scrapes a profit.

Thanks

Yes having a property management company is one way of reducing your overall tax liability if you are a high rate tax payer

Kind Regards
