Tax and National Insurance contribution for Tier 2 Dependant

Postby sunilchh27@gmail.com » Fri Feb 22, 2019 7:52 pm

Hello!

I am Indian citizen and in UK as tier 2 partner visa (dependent). My wife is getting tax and National Insurance contribution benefits.

I recently started working 16th February, 2019. My yearly package is 28000.

What taxes are applicable on my income? Can I claim any tax rebate or not to pay national insurance contribution or anything to save tax on my income?

Thanks in Advance for your advice.

Yes, you will still be liable to pay taxes and NI contributions
