Does IHT spouse exemption apply to worldwide estate when reporting to hmrc?

Care is required where a UK domiciled spouse dies leaving stuff to surviving non-UK domiciled spouse.

Both spouses are UK domiciled - Scotland to be precise.

All estate is left to surviving spouse. They had a property in Spain, which is left to surviving spouse per Spanish Will
